• The MLMUPC conducts land surveys and field investigations.
• The MLMUPC records land ownership titles in the land registry.
• The land registry is maintained at national, provincial, and district levels.
• The smallest unit within the land registry is the land parcel.

What services are available through the cadastral system?
Online Land Title Information Verification: Users can scan a QR code on a property ownership title to obtain information regarding the property. Land Checking System: Users can verify the ownership, size, and location of land online.
